ED // AD CREATIVE

Hola, y Bienvenido.

HTML5 : The Future of the Web

Hello, and Welcome.

Thanks for popping by. Take your shoes off and have a look around. Mi casa es su casa, as they say.

Up the top there, if you haven't found them already, you'll find a few circular navigation buttons that will transport you around Ed's humble abode.

And in case you're wondering (yeah, you're not, I know. But I'll tell you anyway), the page is coded in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. So, if you're a fan of the aging Flash, you'll be bitterly disappointed. Sorry.

For the best viewing pleasure, as ever, Google's Chrome browser is the way forward.

ABOUT

Ed is a copywriting Art Director. That is to say, an Art Director who can also write copy.

He is Anglo-Mexican (and no, he doesn't have a moustache, wear a sombrero, or own a donkey).

Like any good Mexican, he does love Tequila. But he can't say the same for British Real Ales, much to the disappointment of his Dad. He does love a good, cold pint of the gassy stuff though.

He considers himself a little bit of a geek.

Aside from advertising, he loves web design, travelling, photography, graphic design and sport. The latter maybe a bit too much.

He claims to like going to the gym, but it doesn't show.

Among his many mastered talents include an adept grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as well as a proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS and javascript
-- all of which he uses on a regular basis for freelance projects.

Now for the boring stuff:

He graduated from Bucks college in 2010.

He has had the privilege of working with some of the industry's top agencies including:
Weapon7, Profero, RAPP, OgilvyOne and Agency Republic.

His work was among the winners of the MPA Roses Student Awards 2009.

His book was featured at the prestigious Cream exhibition 2010.
